The overall experience of this salon is incredible. Very attentive staff who are willing to help you achieve your desired look! You have a consultation beforehand and while receiving your treatment you are offered a hot/cold drink. Very reasonably priced and lots of advice offered on how to maintain and look after dyed hair. This is my new regular salon and it should be yours too!
I went in to get a hair cut. Richa very professionally explained the damage to my hair and what we can do to rectify. I loved the wash, cut and blow dry service. Feeling like a new woman! Very clean salon. Everyone made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend and I will be going back for more treatments!.
Excellent services. Richa always guide where we are going wrong with hair or skin care routine. And, it is working for me. Recently got keratin treatment and are getting good results. Staff is also friendly and attentive. Overall i am happy with the services. ????????????
The Salon has really good services, specially Anu takes care of the customers needs and will ensure that the best service is provided to the customer. I did not have a good first experience at this place but when Anu got to know about the concerns, she tried her best to understand the reason behind it and help me as best as she could. Would highly recommend going to this Salon, they really do care about the customers :)
I visited the Salon to get my eyebrows done. The lady who was responsible for doing that was a bit hesitant in doing the same to me she wanted to provide services to other people but not to me.First when I went there and was the first person she was like I have just had my Lunch so can you come after 5 mins. I did politely agreed to that but at the same time other white lady came in for the same service and she took her immediately. I did not say much on that incidence and ignored the same but when another lady came in for her services she very conveniently asked me to come after her services are done. Ideally if I have came in earlier than I should have been provided the service rather than her delaying the same.It is a clear incidence of racism. On top of that she is asking me if I have money. How rude and Unprofessional is this Salon. It is not advisable to go to this Salon ever and it should be reported for being racist. Differentiating on the basis of appearance is not acceptable across the UK. I urge everyone to not visit the store.
