I have used this service a few times for alterations and dry cleaning. The dry cleaning was for curtains & roman blinds. The quality of work was outstanding! Very quick, efficient, friendly service.
Rai is a very pleasant and nice lady who does her work to maximum perfection she has great costumer service and has a very reliable service I would recommend to all.
I thought I would support this new Rai dry cleaners that has opened locally in my area however I have had an extremely disappointed and damaging experience: •I had given my hand made expensive top to the Rai dry cleaners, however they have returned this top to me with holes and rips •When I challenged the lady she kept on telling me stories about her mother’s top and her response to me and to quote is “this happens” •No compensation offered nor no complaints procedure given •She informed me it’s at the customer risk, however in the shop there is no signage •Be warned they subcontract their cleaning out so have no knowledge or understanding of garment cleaning •The owner is not professional and has no knowledge on how to run a dry cleaning service •Any good reviews must be written by their family! •My neighbourhood has been warned - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DRY CLEANERS!
