They were very friendly and terrific to work with.was laying over in London and basically HAD to have my laundry done by a certain time, last minute. Not only were they accommodating with my tough request, they got it done day of and were so understanding. Will absolutely use them again next time I fly in. That being said, I had a personal laundry bag that wasn’t returned on pick up of my order. Everything else was terrific but it was still a mistake worth mentioning. Cheers from Missouri, USA!

Updated review after my issue, they resolved it very kindly and ever since have been great, i guess people do make mistakes but im glad it is resolved and im happy to give 5 stars for this They do a good job but they take the mick with prices ive been charged £20 every time i take this one coat here which is a few times over the past few months, no issues every time from the usual male employee same coat, same job everytime, all of a sudden the woman says £25 as “prices have changed” im sorry but all the other dry cleaners in west drayton charge 17.50 , i come here as its closest to come and pay the £20 as i trust them, once i expressed this she still said oh well £25 , so i just left, youve lost a loyal customer
