Came in to get my ear pierced and was fine for a week a week later my ear piercing was inside my ear hole and wouldnt come out!Had to go A and E to get it removed!!Appalling service. I got my Hair done in this same place trusted them to colour my hair purple like they said they can do .Instead they bleached my hair and attempted to dye my hair with what was purple dye and didnt show through at all!! Didnt do a patch test before hand as said it will show but left my hair a bright orange colour nothing what I asked for and only gave me a £10 off discount!! Never Going Again!
I’ve had the worst experience for makeup. I have been their regular client for threading and waxing and they are good with these services. For makeup, it’s my first experience ever and it’s hell. Took picture’s immediately after coming out of saloon. No one likes my makeup at all including me. So patchy , didn’t blend properly, didn’t cover my hyperpigmentation properly. Came half an hour late for makeup. BIG NO FOR MAKEUP. Didn’t recommend for makeup ????
